When talking about service learning is service more then learning or learning more then service or they are both equal ?

(Day 4) We visit a museum and VSIP(Vietnam Sinagpore Industrial Park). We really learn a lot today especially at the VSIP. They talk about the bussiness stuff and why Vietnam was the best place to choose for investment and more. Mr Anthony if i am not wrong.
Telling us on what is happening now on the investment.
